WooCommerce Meta Pixel & Conversion API Repair

I'm looking for someone to fix Meta Pixel & Conversion API setup and end-to-end tracking for a currently running store on WooCommerce, with an active ad account & pixel. At the moment the integration is done via plugin. The current pain points are...
1/ Purchase Count and amount duplication issues/incorrect reporting in the ads manager
2/ Clean up integration methods for the pixel & Conversion API
3/ Fix value parameter for website Purchase events -- Currently Meta says its not receiving values for purchase events.
4/ Confirm all events (View, Add to Cart, Checkout, Purchase etc) are firing correctly in browser and server side
