SHOPIFY META PIXEL + CAPI + WHATSAPP SETUP (SALES UNBLOCK)

Objective

We need a fast, clean implementation of Meta Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI) + one WhatsApp CTA on our Shopify store so we can launch Meta ads and track real purchases.

This is a lean 48-hour execution task.
No GA4, no TikTok, no GTM, no email systems, no full rebuild.

Scope of Work (Phase 1 Only)

You will:
1. Install Meta Pixel on Shopify using Shopify native integration or a trusted app
(NO hard-coded custom scripts in theme files)
2. Set up Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
• Must be properly deduplicated with the Pixel
3. Configure and verify these events:
• ViewContent
• AddToCart
• InitiateCheckout
• Purchase
4. Add one WhatsApp CTA (button or link) on the website
5. Run one real test purchase
• The Purchase event must appear inside Meta Events Manager
6. Provide verification & handover:
• Screenshot of live events in Meta Events Manager
• 5–10 min Loom video showing:
• Where Pixel & CAPI are installed
• How to test events
• How the setup should be maintained

Explicitly Excluded From Phase 1

Do NOT include or propose:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• TikTok Pixel
• Email systems
• DNS or domain changes
• Microsoft 365
• Data layers
• Custom JavaScript frameworks

Any proposal including the above will be rejected.

Acceptance Criteria (Payment Released Only If All Are Met)
• Events visible LIVE in Meta Events Manager
• Purchase recorded from a REAL test order
• Pixel and CAPI correctly deduplicated
• Loom walkthrough delivered
• Setup accessible for future teams

• Start within 24 hours of hire
• Delivery within 48 hours
• Verification same day as delivery

Who Should Apply

You must:
• Have proven Shopify + Meta Pixel experience
• Be confident with Meta CAPI
• Be able to deliver without supervision
• Guarantee completion within 48 hours

You must answer these 3 questions in your proposal:
1. How will you install Pixel + CAPI (exact method)?
2. How will you verify the Purchase event?
3. Can you guarantee delivery within 48 hours

Automatic Rejection If:
• You are “learning”
• You need time to research
• You propose a full rebuild
• You cannot guarantee tracked Shopify purchases
• You add work outside Phase 1
