Meta Pixel & CAPI Funnel Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run the advertising for an acupuncture clinic in Toronto and recent Meta policy changes around the health-and-wellness category have made it hard to measure bottom-of-funnel actions. We’re moving our funnels to GoHighLevel and will publish new landing pages there, but to keep Meta’s algorithm learning we need a rock-solid technical setup: a fresh pixel paired with a Conversion API gateway through stape.io.
My primary objective is simple—generate more leads—so every step in the funnel must fire clean, deduplicated events. Specifically, I want Meta to receive and match 2-3 events, such as:
• PageView
• View Content - this event actually has to be for a lead (but because of Meta's restriction, we need to disguise this event and also implement a bot screen to prevent Meta from crawling through the page)
Here’s what I need from you:
• Configure a new Meta pixel inside Events Manager, implement the stape.io server gateway, and map the required parameters (event_id, fbc/fbp, email/phone hashed, etc.).
• Inject the pixel and CAPI scripts into GoHighLevel’s funnel pages and forms, making sure browser and server events deduplicate correctly.
• Test end-to-end using the Meta Events Manager diagnostics tool and the Pixel Helper, then supply screenshots or a Loom walk-through so I can see each event firing server-side.
• Document the setup (step-by-step) so we can replicate it for future funnels.
• Offer any quick-win suggestions to stay compliant with Meta’s current health-ad guidelines while still feeding rich conversion data.
If you’ve previously connected GoHighLevel, stape.io, and Meta Ads—and can troubleshoot quickly—let’s talk.
