WhatsApp Promotional Campaign Execution

Project Description:
We need to carry out a WhatsApp promotional campaign to a database of approximately 1,000 phone numbers (our clients, who have given prior consent to receive marketing messages). The message should include a link to our website or an option to contact us directly via WhatsApp to book a transfer service in Europe.
What’s required:
Create 1–2 versions of a thematic promotional message (in Russian or English — to be discussed).
Coordinate and get approval of the final text before sending.
Perform a bulk WhatsApp message campaign (must avoid blocking issues, respect sending limits, and comply with safety protocols).
Include active links: one to our website and one to a WhatsApp number for booking requests.
Provide a delivery report (or at least the number of successfully/unsuccessfully sent messages).
Important Notes:
All contacts are already collected in a .csv or .xlsx file.
All recipients have provided consent to receive marketing content.
You must be able to perform the campaign using a reliable method (official WhatsApp API or a safe alternative with no risk of account bans).
