User management: Create, edit, and delete user accounts with roles and permissions.
Password reset and user authentication controls.

2. Timeline:
The project is expected to be completed within 2 months, starting from September 23, 2023, to November 16, 2023.
3. Budget:
The client will pay a total amount of [NRS /-] for the development of the website, app, domain registration, and web hosting.
4. Payment:
The client will pay 80% of the total amount upon project completion, and the remaining 20% after a Defect Liability Period (DLP) of six months with free support.
5. Documents:
Freelancer will provide client with necessary documents including a photo, citizenship photocopy, and bank details.
6. Delivery Period:
Freelancer will deliver the completed website to the client within 2 months of the project's start.
7. Acceptance:
The client will accept the website upon completion of the development phase and testing. Any necessary changes will be made until the client is satisfied.
8. Support:
The Freelancer will provide free technical support for a Defect Liability Period (DLP) of six months after the website's completion.
9. Ownership:
Upon project completion and full payment, the client will own the website and associated intellectual property rights.
10. Termination:
Termination of the agreement can occur with written notice. Both parties can proceed beyond the agreement according to mutual agreement.
11. Governing Law:
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
12. Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
13. Severability:
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver:
No waiver of any provision will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
15. Notices:
All notices and communications will be in writing and sent to the provided addresses.
16. Headings:
Headings are for convenience and will not affect interpretation.
17. Additional Notes:
The website will use the latest technologies, prioritize security, and offer reliable hosting.
