Urgent MERN MVP Development

I need an accelerated build of an MVP on the MERN stack, coded strictly by hand—no AI-generated snippets of any kind. Every detail you’ll need is spelled out in the attached specification, so you can dive straight into implementation without guesswork.

The application will serve two distinct roles: admin and general users. Admins must be able to manage user accounts from a secure dashboard—create, edit, suspend, or delete—with the usual audit trail you’d expect in a production-ready system.
