We are looking for a Tech Lead (MERN)who can take technical ownership of scalable SaaS products, lead a development team, and drive innovation across AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Take complete ownership of MERN stack applications and enhance existing codebases
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions across multiple products
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Drive AI/automation integrations (LLMs, NLP, chatbots, analytics)
• Manage CI/CD, performance optimization, and system scalability

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Experience building SaaS products and scalable architectures
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices
