Senior Developer Interview Proxy Needed

I routinely place our junior engineers in projects with large international clients, yet some of them still trip over advanced interview rounds. I’m looking for a senior-level developer who can step into those calls, answer MERN-focused, full-stack questions with confidence, and carry the interview through to a pass.

What you’ll actually do is simple: join the scheduled video call, field every technical question the client throws our way—system design, clean-code best practices, cloud deployment strategies, anything MERN—and leave the meeting with the green light. Fluency in English, an assured yet friendly presence, and strict confidentiality are non-negotiable because you’ll be the face of our agency for that hour.

After each successful call you may either take a one-time payout or move forward as the primary developer on the project and share in the contract revenue; we can decide per engagement. Timing is flexible since most interviews are booked around the client’s calendar rather than a fixed deadline.
