SEO Score Boost & AI Optimization

Job ID: 40258900

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

Our website is built on a MERN stack. We are hiring an SEO specialist who can execute end-to-end: create and publish optimized location + service pages, implement technical SEO, set up structured data, and help us build a system that improves rankings on Google and improves visibility in AI-driven search experiences.

This is not an “SEO audit report” project. We want someone who can ship changes.

Goals

Rank higher on Google for high-intent searches:

Condo/pool-based intent (where relevant)

Improve local visibility (Google Business Profile / map pack if applicable).

Build a scalable system of location-based landing pages without creating thin/duplicate content.

Improve our site’s technical SEO health (indexing, speed, metadata, internal links, schema).

Improve “AI search” visibility (LLM-style queries / AI Overviews) by structuring content clearly, adding schema, FAQs, and trustworthy local signals.

What We Need You To Deliver

We expect you to both plan and execute the work. Deliverables should include real pages shipped and verified.

A) Keyword + Page Plan (Lightweight, Actionable)

A prioritized list of target keywords by intent (not just volume).

A page map showing:

Location pages (city + neighborhoods)

Service pages (kids, adults, beginner, etc.)

Supporting FAQ/blog content (only if it supports rankings + conversions)

Internal linking plan (how pages connect)

B) Location Page Build (Core Deliverable)

Create and publish location-based pages

Each location page must include:

Strong on-page SEO (Title tag, H1/H2 structure, meta description)

Unique copy (not duplicate templates)

Neighborhood/area coverage (where appropriate)

FAQ section written for real search questions

Clear CTA for booking

Testimonials/social proof blocks where possible

Schema markup (LocalBusiness/Service + FAQ schema as relevant)

Correct canonical tags and indexability

Important: If the best approach is “programmatic pages” (dynamic routes + CMS/DB-driven), propose and implement it.

C) Technical SEO Implementation (Must Execute)

Implement or coordinate implementation of:

Proper metadata handling across pages (titles, descriptions, open graph)

XML sitemap generation (including dynamic pages) + submission

robots.txt sanity check

Canonicals, redirects (if needed)

Fix duplicate/thin content risks

Core Web Vitals / performance improvements (especially mobile)

Structured data (schema)

Internal linking improvements

If code changes are required, we can support with developer time — but you must come with clear tickets/PRs and push the work through.

D) Local SEO (If Applicable)

Google Business Profile improvements:

Services, categories, description

Q&A setup

Posting strategy (lightweight)

Review strategy (ethical, operationally doable)

Ensure NAP consistency where relevant (directories/citations)

E) AI Search Optimization (Practical, Not Buzzwords)

We want pages that show up when people ask AI tools questions like:

“best private swim lessons near me”

“private swim lessons at condo pools”

“adult swim lessons in [city]”

We expect you to implement:

Strong FAQ blocks (real user questions)

Clear summaries / scannable structure

Schema that helps machines interpret the page

Trust signals (about instructors, safety, insurance, reviews)

Avoid fluff and generic content

F) Tracking + Reporting (Simple)

Set up a simple tracking loop:

Confirm GA4 + Search Console are correctly configured

Create a lightweight “rankings + traffic + conversions” dashboard or report format

Baseline metrics and then track progress after pages go live

We don’t want 30-page reports — we want:

What shipped

What changed

What improved

What’s next

Our Stack / Access

Website: MERN stack

We can provide access to:

Google Search Console

GA4

Google Business Profile (if applicable)

GitHub (PR-based workflow preferred)

Hosting platform access (if needed, least-privilege)

What Success Looks Like

Within the project scope, success means:

Location + service pages are live, indexable, and properly structured

Technical SEO foundations are solid (sitemap, metadata, schema, speed basics)

We start gaining impressions/clicks for city + “near me” intent terms

Leads/booking inquiries increase from organic/local
