Real-Time MERN Full-Stack Developer

I’m expanding an existing MERN-based product and need another developer who can jump straight into live coding sessions with the team. You’ll touch every layer of the stack—from React components and Redux hooks to Express routes, MongoDB queries, and deployment scripts—so solid full-stack experience is essential.

We collaborate in real time: screens are shared, GitHub branches are created on the spot, and pull-requests are reviewed together before merging. If you’re comfortable pair-programming, pushing frequent commits, and explaining decisions while you code, you’ll fit right in.

Typical tasks include:
• Building new React pages and reusable UI elements
• Extending Node/Express APIs and integrating third-party services
• Optimising MongoDB schemas and aggregate queries
• Hunting down and fixing bugs during live debugging sessions

Acceptance criteria for each task are straightforward: the new code compiles without warnings, unit tests (where applicable) pass, and the branch merges cleanly into main after our joint review on GitHub.
