UI Navigation, Cron Jobs Scheduling & Search Upgrade

I have a live MERN-stack product that needs three quick but important tweaks:

1. Smooth out the UI navigation. Some links misroute and a few menu states don’t update correctly; I need that flow tightened so users never feel lost.
2. Raise the accuracy of our Mongo-based search. The current query often returns loosely related data; help me refactor the logic, indexes, or aggregations so top-ranked results truly match the user’s intent.
3. Configure reliable cron-style background job search and other tasks (node-cron or similar) for routine maintenance taks

Code is in a private GitHub repo; you’ll work in a feature branch and open a clean pull-request for review. Please:

• keep changes modular and well-commented
• test on both desktop and mobile breakpoints
• document any new environment variables or scheduler commands
