MERN E-commerce Site Development

I need a production-ready e-commerce web application built on the MERN stack. The project should cover everything from setting up a responsive React storefront to configuring a secure Node/Express API and MongoDB database.
Core scope
• Build reusable React components, Redux (or Context) state management, and SEO-friendly routing.
• Develop a scalable Express server with clear RESTful endpoints and JWT-based authentication.
• Create product, user, and order schemas in MongoDB, including image storage (Cloudinary or similar) and server-side validation.
• Connect at least one payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal, with the structure left flexible so additional gateways can be swapped in later.
• Provide admin screens for inventory, pricing, order tracking, and user management.
• Prepare hooks for future additions like user reviews, shipping service APIs, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Deliverables
1. Complete source code in a Git repository with clear commit history.
2. A short README covering environment variables, build steps, and deployment commands.
3. Deployed demo link (Heroku, Render, Vercel, or AWS).
4. Post-handover checklist and basic documentation for adding new products and managing orders.
Acceptance criteria
• All core CRUD operations work end to end.
• Payment flow processes at least one test transaction successfully.
• Front-end Lighthouse performance score ≥ 90 on desktop.
• Code passes ESLint / Prettier checks and includes concise unit tests.
