MERN Stack Real Estate Website Development

I'm seeking an experienced MERN Stack developer to create a clean, modern, and responsive business website for my client in the real estate/digital agency sector.

You will collaborate with me directly. I will provide:
- Complete content (text, images, logo, etc.)
- Basic structure/wireframe
- UI reference from Wix (existing demo)

Project Scope:
- Build a static or semi-dynamic 5–6 page website
- Pages: Home, About, Services, Listings (optional), Contact, etc.
- Fully responsive (mobile/tablet/desktop)
- Fast loading and SEO-ready structure
- Admin-friendly interface for basic content editing: text editing, image upload, page creation
- WhatsApp chat button & contact form integration

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Responsive frontend development using Tailwind CSS
- Integration of contact forms / WhatsApp API (if needed)
- Deployment on hosting platforms (Vercel, Netlify, or VPS)
- Git version control
- Good communication in English
