MERN Stack Developer for Scalable Web Application

We are looking for a skilled MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer to join our team and help build a high-performance, scalable web application. The ideal candidate is passionate about full-stack development, writes clean and maintainable code, and has experience delivering production-ready solutions. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain responsive frontends using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, etc.) - Build and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js - Design and manage MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations for scalable data handling - Implement authentication, role-based access control, and security best practices - Work on performance optimization, caching, and scalability improvements - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an Agile environment - Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms Requirements - Proven experience as a MERN stack developer (3+ years preferred) - Strong skills in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API, Next.js is a plus) - Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express.js - Expertise in MongoDB, schema design, and query optimization - Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets - Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Firebase) is a plus - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and deliver bug-free, production-ready code
