MERN Real-Estate Website Build

I have a clear technical document ready and need a developer to turn it into a working full-stack real-estate site on the MERN stack. The project is not about flashy visuals; it is about reliable, maintainable code and a solid user experience.

Core features I need live on day one:
• Property listings with photos and key details
• Secure user accounts and editable profiles
• Fast search and filter functionality so visitors can quickly narrow results
• Integration with external real-estate listings APIs to keep inventory fresh

You will have freedom on UI layout as long as it is responsive and intuitive on desktop and mobile. I will share the full technical brief—including data models, page flow, and API endpoints—once we start so you can estimate effort accurately.

Please be comfortable with:
• React for the front end (hooks, context or Redux if you prefer)
• Node.js/Express for the back end
• MongoDB for data storage, using Mongoose schemas I have sketched out
• Git for version control and a straightforward CI/CD pipeline to deploy to my preferred VPS

Acceptance criteria will be a deployed beta on my server, source code in a private repo, and a quick walkthrough showing that each feature above works as specified in the doc.
