MERN Payroll & HR Platform
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m putting together a full-stack Payroll and Employee-Management web application and need an experienced MERN developer who can own the build from database design through deployment. MongoDB, Express, React and Node will be the core, and I’m happy to adopt any complementary tools you normally reach for (Redux, Mongoose, JWT, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) as long as the final product is clean, secure and well documented.
What the system must do
• Payroll: salary calculation and management as well as automated tax computation and filing.
• Employee hub: secure employee login, attendance tracking and performance records all surfaced through a responsive React dashboard.
• Roles & permissions: separate Admin, Manager and Employee views with granular access control.
I’ll supply UI wireframes and the basic data model; you’ll translate them into a modular codebase, REST/GraphQL APIs, and a slick front end. Unit tests, API docs (Swagger or similar) and deployment scripts are part of the definition of done. Once the MVP is stable we’ll schedule a code hand-off walkthrough so I can maintain and extend it internally.
