It’s a B2B manpower marketplace that connects companies (who need workers) with verified manpower vendors (who supply them). The platform won’t take any operational liability — it’ll simply act as a verified connector between both sides.

The goal for now is simple: build a clean, working MVP that can help us test in the market and show to investors.

Vendor and Company signup/login (with OTP or email).
• Vendor profile setup (experience, manpower strength, turnover, compliance score).
• Document upload & verification (GST, PAN, Aadhaar, and industry-specific licenses).
• Dynamic verification flow — admin can add docs per industry (like construction, healthcare, logistics).
• Wage system with multiple units — hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Vendor can add/manage their manpower list (skills, wage, availability).
• Company can post requirements (skill, qty, wage, location, urgency, duration).
• Search & filters (by skill, wage, distance, verification score, etc.).
