MERN Live-Coding Interview Conductor with at least 7+ years of exp in MERN + AWS

We are a Bangalore based Fintech Startup into Mutual Fund, SIPs and Insurance
We are looking for a MERN Full Stack Developer with at least 7 years of Experience along with hands on experience on AWS to conduct Technical Interviews through google meet for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.
The Interview should be conducted to test the LIVE Coding skills of the candidates
with 90% testing in coding skills and 10 % in theoretical knowledge. We want to check the
overall coding skills of the candidates in MERN tech stack + AWS as a Full-stack Developer.
Apply only if you have 7+ years of MERN exp and have experience in conducting LIVE coding testing
of the candidates. You shoul be able to provide a detail feedback about each candidate after each Interview.
