MERN CRM Reporting Dashboard
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a single-page CRM and campaign dashboard built on the MERN stack that focuses first and foremost on sales tracking through clear, data-rich reporting. You’ll design both the backend (MongoDB, Express, Node.js) and the React front end, connecting them with a clean REST or GraphQL API so every number shown is always live and reliable.
Core scope
• Sales reporting: interactive charts, trend lines, and sortable tables that let me slice results by product, rep, or time period.
• Drill-down views: clicking any metric should reveal the deals, contacts, and activities driving it.
• Role-based access: admins see everything, reps see only their pipeline and reports.
• Fast search and filter across all sales records.
• Modern, responsive UI that plays nicely on large monitors and tablets.
I’m open to future add-ons, think pipeline visualization or automated campaign triggers so keep the code modular and well-commented.
Deliverables
1. Complete source code (React components, Node/Express server, Mongo schemas).
2. Seed data and an import script so I can demo the reports immediately.
3. A brief deployment guide for a standard Ubuntu VPS or Heroku-style platform.
4. Short loom walkthrough showing the finished reports in action.
Acceptance criteria
• All listed reports load in under two seconds with 10k+ records.
• No console or server errors.
• UI passes basic accessibility checks (contrast, keyboard nav).
