MERN Auth & Dashboard Revamp
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a partially-built MERN application that needs to move from “prototype” to “polished product.” The immediate task is to integrate a Sign Up / Sign In flow that feels modern—think clean lines, generous white space, and subtle micro-interactions. Users should be able to authenticate through social media, opt into multi-factor verification, and recover forgotten passwords without friction.
Once the authentication layer is in place, I want the same contemporary aesthetic carried through an all-new dashboard. I’m picturing a clear information hierarchy, responsive layout, and intuitive navigation so future features can slot in easily.
The final milestone is a built-in blog where I’ll publish personal stories. It needs standard CRUD, rich-text editing, friendly URLs, and SEO-ready markup, all wired into the existing MongoDB schema and Express APIs.
Deliverables I’ll review against:
• React Sign Up / Sign In screens connected to my current backend, supporting social login, MFA, and password recovery.
• A cohesive dashboard UI/UX implemented with a component library of your choice (Material-UI, Ant, or your proven favorite).
• Blog module (front-end pages + server routes + Mongo models) ready for me to start posting.
Clean, documented code and Git commits that tell the story are non-negotiable; I’ll be using this project as a base for a larger venture, so clarity now saves us both time later. Nail these three stages and I’ll line up the next project with an even bigger upside.
