Interviewer needed with at least 6 years of exp as a Full Stack Developer ( React.Js+ Node.Js) MERN
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m assembling a new in-house product team and have already shortlisted several engineers with 3–5 years of MERN experience. I now need a senior developer—someone who has spent at least six years building real-world React.js + Node.js applications—to handle our technical interviews.
The sole purpose of each session is a deep technical skills assessment, with the conversation anchored around full-stack architecture: how candidates design scalable components, structure data flow from React through Node and Mongo, manage state, and troubleshoot performance problems in production. You’re free to dive into hooks, Redux, or server-side optimization when relevant, but the top priority is understanding how they think about the entire stack end to end.
I’ll provide résumés, calendar slots, and a scorecard template. You’ll run the meeting, probe effectively, and return concise written feedback.
Deliverables for every candidate
• 45–60 minute live technical interview
• Completed scorecard detailing strengths, gaps, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation
• Optional quick review of any live coding exercise you choose to set
