Finalize Q-Commerce Web Platform
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My q-commerce website is already live in a near-finished state, yet a solid round of polish and expansion is still missing. I am looking for someone who can jump in, tidy up the remaining issues, and push the site to production-ready quality.
Current needs
• Squash lingering functionality, performance, and security bugs—whatever is still tripping users or slowing pages down.
• Refine the UI/UX so the overall look, flow, and mobile responsiveness feel professional and consistent.
• Build out a few key modules: user reviews & ratings, an advanced search with smart filters, and a lightweight recommendation engine. If you spot additional quick-win improvements, I’m open to hearing them.
Tech stack & workflow
The project is built on a standard MERN setup, hosted on AWS. We manage code on GitHub and communicate via Slack; I deploy to staging with Docker. If you’re comfortable working within that toolset—and can keep your commits clean and documented—everything else can be flexible.
What success looks like
1. No open critical bugs on staging.
2. New features function smoothly, are covered by unit tests, and respect existing coding style.
3. Design tweaks are responsive and align with the current branding guide.
4. A straightforward handoff: updated repo, brief changelog, and any migration notes.
I’m moving quickly, so strong communication and autonomy are important. Deliver high-quality work here and I’m prepared to discuss bringing you on as a co-founder with long-term equity. Let’s wrap this build up and get it in customers’ hands.
