Complete MERN Restaurant ERP Development

I need a full-scale restaurant ERP built on the MERN stack that I can deploy in multiple locations with minimal re-configuration. The core application must cover three operational areas: Inventory management, Point of Sale, and Employee management.

Within Inventory I want supplier records and purchase-order workflows so my managers can raise, approve, and receive orders in one place—real-time stock updates are welcome but not essential for this phase. For the POS module the focus is smooth order entry (table, counter, take-away) and clean sales reports I can export to Excel or view in a dashboard; payment processing can stay manual for now. Employee management should keep staff profiles, roles, and shift times, and tie into POS user logins for accountability.

High-level requirements
• React front end with a responsive layout that works on tablets at the counter as well as desktops in the back office
• Node/Express API with JWT-based authentication and role permissions (admin, manager, cashier, kitchen, etc.)
• MongoDB data model designed for scalability and future multisite support
• Clean codebase, README, and an environment file so I can run docker-compose up and see it working locally

Acceptance criteria
1. Log in as different roles and verify access is restricted accordingly.
2. Create a supplier, raise a purchase order, mark it received, and watch the inventory update.
3. Enter an order at the POS, print or display a kitchen ticket, then view the sale in the reports section.
4. Add an employee, assign a shift, and confirm the user appears in the POS login list.

Provide the complete source code in a private Git repository and a brief hand-off call or video walkthrough once everything passes the above tests.
