Build Four MERN/PERN Apps

I’m ready to move four separate ideas from the drawing board to production and need a full-stack developer who is comfortable bouncing between MERN and PERN stacks.

1. E-commerce Website
This store is designed to sell a wide range of products. It already has a clear feature set: searchable product listings, a cart and checkout that supports PayPal and bank transfers, plus user reviews, wish-lists, and discount codes. Clean code, secure payment workflows, and responsive design are must-haves.

2. AI-Driven Resume Generator
A MERN single-page app where users answer a few prompts and instantly receive a polished résumé in PDF format. OpenAI or a comparable service can power the content generation; the front-end should allow real-time edits before download.

3. Car Rental Web App (ongoing)
The current build needs polishing: real-time vehicle availability, location-based pricing and a smoother booking funnel. I’ll share the existing repo and environment on kickoff.

4. Project Management Tool
This PERN project will handle task boards, team chat and progress tracking with role-based access. PostgreSQL schemas must be well-structured for reporting down the road.

Acceptance for each app will be a live demo on my VPS plus a GitHub repo with clear README and setup scripts. If you’ve shipped similar products, let’s get started.
