Air Ticket Booking Website Project
Budget: ₹100 – ₹200 INR
I am building a full-featured air-ticket booking website and need a MERN stack developer who is equally comfortable working with MySQL on the backend. The project already has a high-level architecture mapped out; what I need now is someone who can turn that blueprint into a reliable, fast, and secure production system.
Here is what you will be tackling:
• React will drive the customer-facing interface, including search, booking, and account dashboards.
• Express and Node will power the API layer, while MySQL stores flight inventory, fares, user profiles, and transaction logs.
• Multiple third-party travel APIs—think leading GDSs, consolidators, and ancillary services—must be integrated seamlessly for real-time flight data, seat availability, and post-booking management.
• Clean payment-gateway hooks and robust error handling are essential to ensure completed transactions never get lost.
• The code base must be version-controlled (Git) and written with future feature expansion in mind.
What success looks like to me: a responsive React front end that completes a full search-to-purchase flow against live airline data, saves all records in MySQL, and returns an e-ticket confirmation without a hitch. Clear, readable code, well-commented endpoints, and concise setup documents are part of the final deliverable.
