Website Developer needed to build a responsive Website

We want to build a Re-Commerce website with a fully functional admin panel. We would be providing the responsive design and based on it you have to build a website for the same.
MyShelf is an online Recommerce Website. Where users can purchase an item from our online store (website/app) and after using it they can resale that purchased item back to the store (the user won't be able to sell the product which is not bought from our platform).
Major Functionality covered in website:
Product Listing, Product description, Categories, Filter & sort, Search, Bookmark, My cart, User Profiling, My Orders, Track order, Resale order, Cash Credit Wallet.
Admin Panel(inventory Management): add products, remove products, change price, manage to resell products, product category management, order listing.
API Integration: All the internal API integration, Payment Gateway integration, and SMTP Configuration.
The preferred tech stack is MERN.
