Web Development - React or Node JS or both

Hello, We are looking for developers with good experience in either React or Node JS or both.
We need a web tutoring platform developed which would allow students to find tutors, book classes, pay for it, attend video classes and view history as well.
We would build front end in React, backend in Node JS and we would integrate third party communication API's to implement video calling functionality.
We are looking to build a team to work on this so if you could work partially, fully or as a team or individual, we are happy to discuss with you.
We are looking to first understand your expertise in this domain and if we find you the right fit, we will provide complete wireframes and the designs for your review. So you can review the designs and share your exact estimates accordingly.
