React Front-End for Agency Site

I have polished wireframes and high-fidelity mockups ready for a new digital-agency website that spans roughly ten pages (home, services, about, portfolio, blog overview, single post, contact, etc.). The visual direction is decidedly creative, so smooth micro-interactions, subtle animations and thoughtful use of whitespace will be key.

Your task is purely front-end: turn those designs into a fast, responsive React application that looks pixel-perfect across modern browsers and devices. I’ll supply all design files at the outset; you focus on clean component structure, reusable styling and maintainable code.

Core interactions I need implemented include:
• A fully functional contact form wired to an endpoint I’ll provide
• Testimonial sections that pull from a JSON array so I can update content easily

Nice-to-haves are basic page-transition effects and light scroll-based reveals, but only if performance stays snappy.

Deliverables
• Production-ready React code for ~10 pages, matching the mockups exactly
• Configurable testimonial component and validated contact form
• Responsive breakpoints down to 320 px
• Source pushed to a private Git repo with clear setup instructions
