Mysql/Mongo Database

I have a frontend and back end of my project(MERN stack ), which is working. But now I want to connect it with the database. The project has already been built for the database. but I have some errors in it with the database. I want to connect my project with any of two databases (Mongo/ MYSQL).
And Last no more work just connect the backend with the database.
