We are looking for a highly experienced MERN Stack developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience and expertise in AWS deployment to conduct technical interviews for candidates applying for a lead developer role in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews for 20 candidates applying for a lead role in MERN Stack development and AWS deployment
- Assess candidates' technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and their ability to lead a team in a startup setting
- Evaluate leadership potential, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for each candidate
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MERN stack with in-depth knowledge of AWS services and deployment
- Proven experience in leading technical teams or projects, particularly in a startup or agile environment
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a focus on leadership and adaptability
- Experience in mentoring or interviewing candidates for senior/lead positions in startups is highly preferred
- Experience in building an e-commerce platform is preferred
