Looking for a BUY / SELL website and app

We are interested in developing a website and mobile apps (hybrid) for BUY/ SELL classified listing. The features must be similar to the popular portals/ apps which are currently live in the market. We don't want to develop it from the scratch due to budget/time constraints. So, those who already have the ready template / customizable code only may respond.

Tech stack: MERN stack for website and React native for hybrid apps. We will provide the domain and hosting.
