Technologies used must be MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, SQL, react (bootstrap card) and React (NEXT.js)
Various levels of investment from micro-finance to seed to start-up to growth to established to enterprise level funding, Each funding with its own variable commission structure.
Project description page with Word document upload and HTML5 and CSS3 editing, with commenting system (thread, and post system), Project description page with feedback below project box (thread, post (forum style)), Share API button
Live instant messaging and group chat for project page.
Company page with company members and company post’s displayed in dashboard., Share API button.
LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter log-in using 0Auth.
Profile page for user’s which includes, list of company's names (with percentage of share in 3 digits (minimum amount able to invest is proportionate to the nearest penny) with role in companies listed in each company invested in, display pictures, name, title, about me, job title, work experience, qualification/certification, project work. (LinkedIn import), Share API button.
Financial reward in increase of stake or cash for each feedback made (displayed based on project owner’s amount)
Modifiable commission structure where a range can be selected for different amounts of money for the network.
A modifiable multi-tier commission structure for referrals to the site.
Buying and selling of stakes of the ventures in marketplace from investors as accounts will be used as monetary accounts.
Unlimited and constant number of investors for each project.

Payment processing system for funding and withdrawing using TrueLayer API for bank account from every single bank available in the API.
