Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development.
Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Developer and Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
