Cross-Chain Price Comparison API for BNB (MERN Stack, JavaScript Only)

We are looking for a skilled JavaScript developer to build a Cross-Chain Price Comparison API that will allow real-time BNB price tracking and arbitrage calculations across multiple blockchains and decentralized exchanges (DEXes). The API must be fully compatible with MERN stack applications and developed exclusively in pure JavaScript (no TypeScript).
Project Scope:
The API will:
1. Fetch real-time BNB prices from multiple chains and DEXes.
2. Compare prices across chains to identify potential arbitrage opportunities.
3. Calculate profit margins after accounting for transfer fees, swap fees, and bridge costs.
Supported Blockchains & DEXes:
The API must fetch prices from two DEXes per blockchain for the following chains:
• Arbitrum Mainnet (Uniswap v3, Camelot)
• Avalanche Mainnet (Trader Joe, Pangolin)
• Base Mainnet (Aerodrome, BaseSwap)
• BNB Chain Mainnet (Native) (PancakeSwap, Biswap)
• Ethereum Mainnet (Uniswap v3, Curve Finance)
• Fantom Opera (SpookySwap, SpiritSwap)
• Gnosis Chain Mainnet (AgaveSwap, Honeyswap)
• Moonbeam Mainnet (StellaSwap, BeamSwap)
• Moonriver Mainnet (Solarbeam, Zenlink)
• OP Mainnet (Velodrome, Uniswap v3)
• Polygon Mainnet (QuickSwap, Balancer)
• Scroll Mainnet (ScrollSwap, iZiSwap)
BNB will be Wrapped BNB (WBNB) or Binance-Pegged BNB on non-native chains.
Pricing Data Fetching Methods (Choose One):
The developer must implement at least one of the following methods to retrieve real-time BNB prices:
1. Chainlink API
2. Alchemy or another node provider
3. Custom on-chain price fetching via Web3.js or Ethers.js
Arbitrage Calculation Example:
The API should compute arbitrage profitability based on:
• Buy price on one DEX
• Sell price on another DEX
• All relevant fees (swap fees, gas fees, bridge costs, etc.)
Example Calculation:
• Buy on PancakeSwap (BNB Chain): $379.50
• Sell on Uniswap v3 (Ethereum): $381.75
• Total Fees (swap + bridge): $1.50
• Profit per BNB: (381.75 - 379.50) - 1.50 = $0.75
• Profit for 10 BNB: $7.50
Deliverables:
1. Fully functional API that fetches prices, compares them, and calculates arbitrage opportunities.
2. JSON-based API responses that include price data, arbitrage results, and fee calculations.
3. Documentation on API endpoints and how to integrate them into a MERN stack application.
4. Source code (must be in pure JavaScript).
Requirements:
• Proficient in JavaScript (No TypeScript).
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of DEXs, blockchain bridges, and cross-chain transactions.
• Ability to optimize API performance for real-time price tracking.
