We are seeking an experienced Freelance M&A Lead to support cross-border transactions involving Japan. The role focuses on project management, deal execution, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage M&A / capital raise / JV projects end-to-end
Coordinate due diligence and transaction processes
Prepare deal materials (teasers, IMs, reports, presentations)
Present updates and insights to senior management
Liaise with Japanese and international stakeholders
Requirements
8+ years in M&A, investment banking, PE, or Big 4
Fluent in Japanese and English
Strong project management and execution skills
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Experience in cross-border transactions preferred
