Buyside M&A Consultant Needed
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 CAD
I am seeking an experienced Buyside M&A Consultant to assist in identifying and acquiring businesses for sale. The focus is on potential acquisitions in the Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Ecommerce/Retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, with a deep understanding of these industries. THEY WILL WORK FOR A SUCCESS FEE (a percentage of the selling price of the acquisition target).
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in identifying acquisition opportunities within the specified sectors
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions
- Proven experience in managing the M&A process from start to finish
