Setup burger cafe

Hello this Rohan from Pune. I want to start cafe with burger, thick shake and milk shake as menu. Initially want to start only for take away then i will think as restaurant. Right now i have shop of 360sqft carpet area. I have total 720sqft shop area and 750sqft open area for sitting. But initially i want start only for take away. I want somebody who will setup my cafe.
