Restaurant Menu Reset & Redesign

I have an existing restaurant menu that needs a swift refresh. A few dishes will be removed, then the entire layout must be reset so Appetizers, Main Courses, and Desserts flow logically again. At the same time, I want the design style updated to suit a different setting—think new size, orientation, or visual theme—while staying true to our brand colors and fonts.
Here’s what I will provide the moment we start:
• The current menu file (PDF/AI)
• A clear list of items to delete
• Brand assets and any style references
What I need back from you:
• Reorganized sections matching the brief above
• A fresh, cohesive design ready for print and digital use
• Final artwork in both an editable source file and a high-resolution PDF
Deadline is firm: everything must be finalized and delivered by 11 a.m. GST (UAE time) this Thursday. I’ll be on standby for rapid feedback so the project can move quickly. Experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar restaurant-focused tools is essential.
