Premium food and beverage Kiosk Menu Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a talented graphic designer to create a clean, modern menu that feels unmistakably premium for a food & beverage kiosk in Egypt. We specialise in freshly baked goods and coffee-based drinks, and I want the menu to reflect that balance: warm and inviting, but also sharp, minimal and easy to scan quickly at the counter.
The primary use will be an in-store menu board, viewed from several metres away, so clarity and hierarchy are crucial. The same design language will then be adapted into printed A5 handouts and social-media assets, so the layout must scale well to different sizes and formats. I only need the digital, print-ready files. I do not require any physical printing or production, just the final artwork that I can send to my own printer/signage supplier.
I will provide:
A complete list of menu items and prices (already structured).
Pictures of some menu items
Our logo.
Our brand colour palette.
These brand elements are non-negotiable, but I’m relying on your eye to make them feel cohesive and elevated, not just “slapped on”. Keep in mind this is a new menu I am looking for, so this must feel elevated and modern.
What I need from you
A vertical menu layout (portrait) that naturally guides the eye from top to bottom, grouping items in a logical order.
The menu must be fully bilingual, with English and Arabic displayed next to each other for each item (or clearly paired line by line), so both languages are equally clear and readable.
Clear, confident typography choices that are easy to read at a distance, with smart hierarchy between section titles, item names, descriptions and prices. This includes appropriate and legible Arabic font pairing.
Thoughtful use of whitespace, grid/column structure and dividers so the design feels premium and not cluttered.
Consistent application of the brand colours.
Deliverables
1 print-ready main menu board artwork at the kiosk’s full dimensions
Size: 45 × 100 cm (vertical/portrait)
Supplied as a digital file only (no physical printing required)
CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed included
Adapted layouts based on the main menu design:
A5 handout version (front side, simplified if needed) – print-ready, CMYK, 300 dpi
Social media versions for Instagram/Facebook (posts and/or stories) – RGB, correct aspect ratios
Final file formats:
High-resolution PDF and PNG/JPEG for each version
Editable source file (Adobe Illustrator or layered PSD – or Canva link if that’s your workflow)
Fonts & assets:
All text outlined in the final print files
List of fonts used (must be free for commercial use, or clearly state if a licence is required)
I only need digital, print-ready artwork that I can send to my own printer and signage supplier. No physical printing or production is required from your side.
If you have previous work on restaurant, café or kiosk menus, especially any bilingual English/Arabic projects, please include those samples in your proposal. I’m looking for someone who really understands layout and typography, not just decoration.
