Menu Writing and Reformatting

I have 8 pages of menu which has to be formatted and written correctly. The menu is written in caps and Caps needs to be changed. I prefer someone with menu formatting experience. NO REDESIGN. Just have to play fonts and provide me 3 different types so we can decide. This is urgent.
