Coffee Café Menu Engineering
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a menu engineer to take my coffee-focused café menu and transform it into a customer-friendly showcase. The priority is improving the overall experience, so every decision should make the menu easier to read, more visually attractive, and packed with clear, enticing descriptions.
You’ll be working with both our existing printed and digital versions, so layouts must translate seamlessly from a high-resolution PDF for the counter to a mobile-first digital view on our website and QR system. If you prefer Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools, that’s fine—as long as the final files remain editable for future seasonal tweaks.
Key deliverables
• Menu items specific to our cafe with the calculation of whole pricing making it profitable in such a way the covers the cost from sourcing it till serving it.
Acceptance criteria
1. Guests must be able to locate any drink in under five seconds when tested in shop.
2. Font choices, colour palette, and hierarchy must remain consistent across print and digital formats.
3. Descriptions are concise (15–25 words each) yet informative enough to guide first-time visitors.
4. Properly engineered menu to work as core
If this sounds like the sort of project you love, let me know your process and a realistic timeline so we can get started.
BUDGET CAN BE INCREASED UPTO $70 UPON A PROPER CONVERSATION AND UNDERSTANDING
