virtual medical assistant

I am looking for a virtual medical assistant to carry out a variety of tasks related to scheduling medical appointments and managing patient records. I need someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with patients clearly and efficiently over the phone. Ideally, I am looking for someone who has some knowledge in the medical field, as it will be beneficial in carrying out specific tasks. The virtual medical assistant needs to be experienced with appointment scheduling and managing patient records. Additionally, they need to be responsive to patient inquiries in a timely manner and be able to provide accurate information regarding procedures, policies and associated costs.
