I need a medical expert

I need medical records and X ray images reviewed and a report drafted to show that a pregnant woman that had high blood pressure among other issues were not properly treated, therefore, resulting in the death of what everyone, including the doctors called a perfectly healthy baby. During research, it was discovered that the woman should have been prescribed blood pressure medicine to combat the blood pressure to combat the child having low birth weight while in utero. It was also discovered that due to the infant being under weight consistently, the mother should have been given steroid injections to insure the development of the infants lungs. She wasn't given those either. As a result, the baby died 20 hours after birth after internally bleeding from his lungs. To date, no doctor that cared for the woman nor pathologist that performed the autopsy could find the cause or reason that a perfectly healthy baby would bleed internally for no reason. 100s of genetic testing was completed, including rare genetic testing, to which all came back negative. Please review the records and if it is determined that the mother should have been given the blood pressure medicine and steroid injections to insure the infant had a fighting chance to survive, please draft a report stating such.
