-basic information age, weight, sex, blood pressure, diabetes, pulse, smokers vs non-smokers, job category, and vaccine types.
- Caridac diagnosis and symptoms
- hepatic diagnosis and symptoms
-lab tests including hepatic, liver, kidney functions, electrolytes, and interleukins.
- X-ray, CT, ultrasound, ECG, and Echo reports.
- All tests needed are included in excel sheet attached
