Extracting system wise disease, incidence, risk factors and diagnostic tests from one internal medicine standard text book. PDF of the book will be provided. Output needs to be in excel sheet. Structure of excel will be provided. Need to finish all systems within 2 months. Final year MBBS students will be best placed to do this job. However MBBS graduates can also do it efficiently.
