health and medical assessment specialist

I am looking for an experienced health and medical assessment specialist to help with a one-time assessment project. The specialist should have experience in general medicine to provide an accurate assessment. They will need to help with a treatment planning diagnosis, in order to create the optimal outcome. Candidate will have ability to explore and contact agencies with alternate government technologies, Med Beds. This is a one-time assessment so the specialist only needs to be available for the duration of the project.
