Zero foot print dicom viewer

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a zero foot print dicom viewer for medical practice use. The viewer should have advanced features to meet my specific requirements. It must be browser based zero footprint cross-platform compatible, running on both Windows and Mac systems. Ideal skills for this project include experience in medical imaging software development and knowledge of dicom standards. The developer should also have experience in cross-platform development and be able to deliver a user-friendly interface. There is an alternative option of improving/ enhancing the open source OHIF viewer.
