Virtual Reality Based Neurological/Psychological Rehabilitation System

I'm looking for remote contractors to work on a series of long term
project starting with a virtual reality based mental health rehabilitation (multiple contracts spreading over 2-3 years). I'm based in the UK and our prototype systems is at Harvard University Medical School.
