Very small personal medical study

I am a medical student and am doing a very small scale medical study/research. It is on blood culture.I need help with data copying , compiling , typing and rearranging. I have collected 6 months of hospital laboratory data which needsto be typed/copied/arranged into one sheet as per newly formed headings.It is a little urgent.
