Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) – Etobicoke, Ontario
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Flexible (Weekdays, Evenings, or Weekends)
Compensation: Competitive fee-for-service (OHIP) with potential for partnership or revenue-sharing opportunities
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a growing multidisciplinary medical practice in Etobicoke, Ontario. The clinic serves a diverse and growing community, offering full administrative support, modern facilities, and access to diagnostic and imaging services. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive women’s health care, including obstetrical, gynecological, and reproductive health services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients of all ages.
• Perform consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments in alignment with current clinical guidelines.
• Manage pregnancies, deliveries, and postpartum care.
• Conduct gynecologic procedures including colposcopy, biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, and minor surgical interventions.
• Diagnose and treat conditions related to women’s reproductive health.
• Collaborate with family physicians, specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR systems.
Qualifications
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from a recognized medical institution.
• Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., PS Suite, Accuro, or OSCAR) preferred.
